RENEWAL STEPS

  1. Are you logged in?
    • If you see "your name", "Change Password" and "Log out",  you are already logged in.
    • Click on your name, this will take you to your profile page. (Go to step 2)

    • If you see "Log in", you aren't. Click the Login link > here
    • Enter your email used to register and your password, this will take you to your profile page.

  2. If you are now logged in, but don't see your profile Click Here or on your name.
  3. Renew by clicking the "Renew to 01 Jan 20##" which is in red
  4. Having clicked the Renew to 01 Jan 20## you will see a summary of your membership
  5. Please do click the Gift Aid box if you are a UK tax payer. For more information Click Here
  6. Click the Update and next button. The next page will verify your membership fee
  7. Click the Confirm button to continue to payment

    Note: None of your credit/debit card details are stored by the Sealed Knot, the only financial information the SK store is confirmation of the payment made.

  8. You will receive a confirmation email.

  9. Final Step: Log out

First try speaking to your regiment to see if someone can help. Your regimental Adjutant would be a good first point of contact.

If they are unable to assist, please email membershipsec@thesealedknot.org.uk including a screenshot of the webpage you are trying to log into, and details of the device, and browser you are using.
